At PasarNow, we are committed to ensuring your F&B supplies reach you in optimal condition. We currently provide delivery services within Sarawak, Malaysia.

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 24-72 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated based on distance and order volume, displayed clearly at checkout.
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking is available through the PasarNow mobile app for all active deliveries.

2 Returns & Exchange

We pride ourselves on quality. Our 100% Quality Guarantee means if any produce is not fresh or up to standard, we replace it instantly, no questions asked.

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

  • Perishable Goods: Issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery for instant replacement.
  • Non-Perishable Items: Standard 7-day return policy applies for defective or incorrect items.
  • Items should be in their original packaging where possible to facilitate the exchange.

3 Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • The processing timeframe is typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Store credit alternatives are available for immediate use.

4 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost if they have not yet been processed for dispatch. Once an order is "In Transit," cancellations may incur a restocking fee.
